Four Essential Pillars to Vibrant Health Series (4 Sessions)
Please join us on for this four-session series.
Session 1 (March 5th) You discover how to connect your mind and body through movement and breath. This creates a sense of peace and stillness within you. You have the opportunity to experience the time tested and well documented vitality benefits of Qigong and Tai chi.
Session 2 (April 2nd) You will be given the most effective tools to transform stress into ease and motivation so you can be who you know you are meant to be. With another key tool, you will discover how to shift troublesome thoughts so that you experience peace and contentment rather than turmoil and distress.
Session 3 (May 7th) Discover what your body is communicating and the joy that comes from listening to what it needs. Then you will be able to experience empowerment rather than unintentional sabotaging behaviors.
Session 4 (June 4th) You will be able to deepen your ability to listen to your inner wisdom and shift out of critical self talk and self doubt into a place of loving self compassion. So, with this shift, you are able to be the best version of yourself.
